Struggle to get my CRF cat to eat, esp. the stuff that's supposed to be good for her, but of prescription canned foods for kidney health, she seems to prefer 1) Iams Renal & Purina NF brands over Royal Canin Renal and considers Hill's Prescription K/d inedible. She likes non-prescription canned foods most: 1) cheap brand fatty salmon, 2) Little Friskies pates, & 3) Hill's Active Longevity, so occasionally I mix some in to flavor up the prescrip. foods.
My healthy cats, who eat her left overs, have no problems with the Iams, Purina or Royal Canin renal foods but don't care much for the Hill's.
